Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please file a claim with the carrier and contact your local authorities. We will confirm delivery details upon request.

What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@noosline.shop with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What condition must the item be in?
Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@noosline.shop. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without first requesting a return.

What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns on: perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

How do exchanges work?
Return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@noosline.shop.
